Shipping: We will make every effort to ship your order out within 48 hours. Keep in mind that if you are ordering outside the US, you will have to pay your customs and duty charges when you receive your packages.

You may return any unused items and receive a full refund (you pay the return shipping charges). If you try any of our products and are not satisfied, you may return them for a refund (shipping not included). Include an explanation why, and we'll make every effort to work with you to find a solution.
